• DISTRIBUTION AND EQUIPMENT OF THE VENTURA 5 TOURIST APARTMENT:

This beautiful super bright penthouse is located in the Ventura’s Building, was built in 1993, it’s just in the corner between the main Covadonga and El Parque St., right in the center of Cangas de Onis, where you’ll find a huge variety of restaurants, services, cafés, or even the famous Cremella’s ice-cream shop and, of course, a children's playground.
This unique penthouse is perfect for families or friends of four or six people who want comfort and tranquility but still be in the heart of one of the main cities in Asturias. 
About the access to Ventura 5’s apartment, there is an elevator and stairs to the fifth floor, the one where you’ll find the flat. Regarding the internal distribution of Ventura 5’s apartment, it has pitched roof in some parts of this home, this means that it has some Velux-type windows, for example in the living-dining room where you’ll find a very bright and cozy space. Full equipped kitchen also has this arrangement and luminosity, as well as having everything you need to enjoy a comfortable and self-sufficient staying (it has a microwave with grill (not an oven), an Italian coffee maker, kitchenware and a welcome pack to wash the dishes).
About the bedrooms, there’re three in total: one with a double bed and a private bathroom with a bathtub, another with two single beds and a third room that currently has a double sofa bed that allows the capacity of the house to be expanded up to a maximum of six people.
Throughout the house there is heating for the coldest months of the year as well as we offer customers welcome amenities, sheets and towels for each guest. In the same way, the possibility of a cot is offered on prior request and pets are also allowed on request. You currently do not have a WI-FI connection
