BOOKING CONDITIONS OF ALL THE NATURAL RENTALS' ACCOMMODATIONS
PREPAID:
When the client books the stay directly by our web, e-mail or telephone, we'll ask them to pay 20% of the total price of the reservation in advance. This advance payment can be paid by wire transfer, bizum or credit card. Once the amount of the advance has been received, the reservation will be confirmed specifying the locator number, day of entry and exit, total number of reserved places, possible extra fees, total price of the reservation and cancellation policies. After 72 hours without receiving confirmation or proof of payment, the request and the pre–reservation will be considered canceled.
REMAINING PAYMENT:
The remaining amount of the reservation that has not been paid in advance may be paid in the days before or during arrival at the accommodation. May be pay in cash, wire transfer or through a payment’s link sent by e-mail or message to the mobile phone. This link allows the client to pay by credit card or bizum.
CANCELLATION POLICIES:
At any time, the client may cancel the reservation having the right to receive the total refund of the amounts that she or he had previously paid in terms of the amounts indicated below:
- All the clients can cancel the reservation without any charge 15 days before arrival and the amounts that they had paid will be refunded. After this date, cancellation fees will be generated.
- If any client cancels during the 14 days prior to the arrival date, they must pay 50% of the total price of the reservation.
- If the client cancels on the day of arrival or doesn’t show up*, they’ll have to pay the total price of the reservation except for very justified reasons which will be valued by the establishment.
*If the arrival doesn’t happens before 7:00 p.m. on the same day of arrival and the main client of the reservation is not located and we as establishment don’t receive any effective communication to notify any change or problem with the arrival, the reservation will be automatically canceled even if the advance payment has been made, and the reserved house may be available to new clients again.
RECEPTION HOURS:
- CHECK IN: From Monday to Friday: 4:00pm to 8:00pm (July & August) and 4:00pm to 7:00pm (rest of the year).
For arrivals weekends, holidays or outside of these hours, please contact us to arrange the reception time. The check-in will always be until
10:00pm unless previous agreement between the client and establishment.
Check-in contactless: we can send you a link through our reservation system to your e-mail address or by a message to your mobile phone which you can scan with your camera all the ID on both sides of the occupants and sign the entry form.
- CHECK OUT: till 10:00am except previous agreement between the client and the establishment.
- Office schedule: Monday to Friday: 09:00am to 13:30pm.
CHILDREN AND EXTRA BEDS POLICIES:
- Children under 2 years old sharing bed with their parents stays for free.
- Children under 2 years old who request a cot: supplement of 5€ per night and per cot.
- Children over 2 years old or adults who request an extra bed: 10€ per night and per bed.
PETS:
Almost all of our houses allow pets (sadly no potentially dangerous breeds or PPP), always with previous requests.
- Maximum 2 pets per stay and accommodation.
- Fee of 5 euros per pet and night could be charge.
